Where do orders ship from?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Warsaw, Poland (European Union).

How long does it take to dispatch an order?

Orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days of payment, depending on order volume and product availability. Configured ME™ machines may take the full window, because each machine is prepared in the stroke and Motion Control™ configuration selected at checkout. You receive a tracking number by e-mail as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

Who delivers the shipments?

  • Poland: DPD, InPost Courier (cash on delivery available)
  • European Union: DPD (road) and DHL Express (air)
  • United Kingdom: UPS Standard and DHL Express (air)
  • All other regions: DHL Express (air)

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight, and all shipping-related charges are combined into one final shipping fee shown before payment.

Free DPD delivery within the European Union, Poland included is applied automatically to qualifying orders — the threshold is 3,000 PLN (shown as the equivalent amount in your local currency), which in practice covers any order containing an ME™ machine. Accessory-only orders are shipped at the standard rates shown at checkout. Deliveries to the United Kingdom and to every destination outside the European Union are always charged.

Customs duties, import taxes and VAT (where applicable) are not included in the shipping fee. See below.

How long does delivery take?

  • Poland: usually the next business day after dispatch
  • European Union (DPD): typically 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • DHL Express: the fastest option available; the estimate is shown when you select the shipping method

The estimated delivery time is displayed after you select your preferred shipping method. Actual delivery also depends on the completion of any customs formalities. We recommend following the SMS and e-mail notifications sent by the carrier.

Customs duties and taxes

Within the European Union. Customs duties are not charged on goods moving inside the EU Customs Union, and VAT is already included in the product prices shown.

Outside the European Union. Orders exported outside the EU are invoiced at 0% VAT. Customs duties and import VAT may therefore be charged in the destination country, calculated by the local customs authority on the value declared on the commercial invoice. We cannot estimate these amounts, as they differ by country — please check with your local customs and tax authority, using the proforma invoice available after your order is placed. Our carrier will contact you if a payment is required; the carrier only collects the charge on behalf of the customs authority. Unclaimed customs charges may delay delivery, cause the parcel to be returned to us, and result in an additional shipping charge if the parcel has to be sent again.

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes, by prior arrangement, at ul. Popularna 20, 02-473 Warsaw, Poland, Monday to Friday, 10:00–17:00. Please contact us before you come so we can have your order ready.
